These frames are made from 100% recyclable, biodegradable virgin kraft and duplex board. They use solvent-free adhesives and can be disposed of sustainably, supporting your business's eco-friendly packaging initiatives.

Moisture-resistant or PE-coated angle boards should be used when your goods may be exposed to humid conditions, outdoor storage, or rain during shipping. These coatings enhance the angle board's ability to resist water and maintain their protective properties.

Besides shipping, these angle boards are widely utilized in warehouse storage, carton reinforcement, pallet edge protection, and securing stacked goods to prevent slippage or crushing.

Depending on thickness and length specifications, our angle boards are engineered to withstand load-bearing strengths of up to 1500kg, making them suitable for heavy or bulky shipments.

The manufacturing process involves layering high-density virgin kraft or duplex board, applying starch or synthetic adhesive, cutting to customized sizes, and treating the surface for smoothness and moisture resistance. Optional coatings and printing may be added based on requirements.
